Resistance of heater coil,
`R=(V^(2))/(P)=(200xx200)/(100)=400Omega`
Resistance of either half part=`200Omega`
Equivalent resistance when both parts are connected in parallel.
`R'=(200xx200)/(200+200)=100Omega`
Energy liberated per second when combustion in connected to a source of 200V.
`=(V^(2))/(R')=(200xx200)/(100)=400J`
