What procedure do you adopt to see pollen grain with tube ?

Explanation

Aim : To observe the pollen tube .
Apparatus : Microscope , Sugar solution, flowers (Alium cepa) slide, coverslip, brush .
Procedure : (i) Collect any mature flower keep them in sugar solution for 6-7 hourse. It enhances the germination of pollen grain .
(ii) Take a slide, a drop of water on it.
(iii) With the help of brush tap on flower to collect pollen from flower already kept in sugar solustion.
(iv) Observe under microscope. Draw what you have seen in your notebook.
