Yes . The statement is true because Lewis base can donate electron pair while Bronsted base can accept proton. For example `overset(******)(N)H_(3)` is Lewis base because it can donate pair to `H^(+)` ion. At the same time it is also a Bronsted base as it can accept a `H^(+)` ion from acid like HCI. ,
