How does it become possible to cause artificial rain by spaying silver iodide on the clouds ?

Clouds consist of water drops which arre of colloidal size and carry some specific charge on them. A spray of AgI particles will neturalise the charge on these particles.In the absence of charge, these water droplets will get congulated, grow in size and eill fall down as rain.
