The correct Answer is:
A

Each cerebral hemisphere have a fluid filled cavity called lateral ventricle or paracoel.
Diencephalon have a narrow cavity called third ventricle or diocoel. Diocoel is connected anteriorly with lateral ventricles (paracoels) of cerebral hemispheres by foramen of monro.
Diocoel is connected posterioly with fourth ventricle or medulla oblongata through a canal called Iter or Aqueduct of Sylvivus or cerebral aqueduct.
Cerebral aqueduct passes through the mid-brain.
Medulla has a cavity called fourth ventricle or myelocoel. There are 3 opening present in the roof of the `4^(th)` ventricle.
A pair of lateral apertures (Foramina of Luschka).
A median aperture (Foramina of Magendie).
Myelocoel is continuous with the central canal of spinal cord.
