For glass -water , angle of contact `theta=0^(@)`.
Now, height of water in capillary
`h=(2T cos theta)/(r rho g)=((2)(7.0xx10^(-2))cos 0^(@))/((0.4xx10^(-3))(10^(3))(9.8))`
`=3.57xx10^(-2)m=3.57 cm`
Length of capillary occupied after tilting it is,
`l=(h)/(cos 60^(@))=(3.57)/(1//2)=7.14 cm`
