(1) Ohm.s law cannot be applied for non-ohmic devices such as semiconductors, electrolytes of a cell, discharge tubes, thermionic valve devices.
(2) Ohm.s law cannot be applied for conductors for varying temperatures, for temperatures near absolute temperature and for higher temperatures.
