Example for Inertia of rest: A stationary bus starts to move the passengers experience a sudden backward push .
Example for Inertia of motion : The passenger in a running bus tends to lean forward when the bus stops suddenly
Example for Inertia of direction : When a stone tied to a string is in whiring motion and if the string is cut suddenly the stone will move tangential to the circle.
