The upper box, on 3 and 13 is filled by the product of 3 and 13 , i.e., 39.
The upper next box on 2 and 39 will be filled by the product of 2 and 39,i.e., 78
The top most box on 2 and 78 will be filled by the product of 2 and 78,i.e., 156
