We have to find a number (in time ) which is divided by all the 3 numbers completely. It means `to LCM ` of 3 number.
`4=2xx2`
`7=7`
`14=2xx7`
`:. LCM=2xx2xx7=28`
So, 28 is the smallest number which is divided by 4,7 and 14 completely.
Hence, all the three bells will ring together at 6:28 am.
