Compound 'A' (molecular formula `C_(3)H_(8)O`) is treated with acidified potassium dichromate to form a product 'B' (molecular formual `C_(3)H_(6)O`). 'B' does not forms a shining silver mirror on warming with ammoniacal silver nitrate. 'B' when heated with concentrated sulphuric acid form 'C' which do not give test for unsaturation. Identify the sum of number of carbon and hydrogen atoms in compound 'C'
