In the first case, frequency of oscillation,
`n=1/(2pi)sqrt((MB)/1)`
In the second case, frequency of oscillation,
`n^(1)=1/(2pi)sqrt((MB)/(2I))rArr(n^(1))/n=1/sqrt2rArr1/sqrt2rArrT^(1)/T=sqrt2`
(or) `T^(1)=sqrt2T(or)40T^(1)=sqrt2xx40T`
(or) `t^(1)=sqrt2t=sqrt2` minute = 1.414 minute
