The velocity with which the ball strikes the ground, ` u = sqrt 2gh`
If the ball rebounces with velocity v, then
`e = v/u` or ` v = eu = e sqrt2gh`
If h. is the maximum height after one bounce, then
`0^(2) - v^(2) = 2(-g)h. or , h. = v^(2)/2g = 1/2g.e^(2). 2gh = e^(2)h`
