Take a small volume of all the three liquids in three test rubes. Dip red litmus paper strips sparately in all the three. The tube in which red litmus strip turns bule, contains basic solution. Now remove the blue litmus paper and dip it one of the remaining test tubes. If the colour of the bule litmus paper changles to red, the tube contains acidic solution. In case, it remains blue then the tube contains distiled water.
