What are the differences between amphibians and reptiles?

The amphibians have slimy skin whereas reptiles have exoskeleton of scales. The amphibians mostly lay eggs inside the water whereas reptiles lay eggs outside the water. The larvae of amphibians have gills whereas the larve of reptiles do not have gills.
