`P cos theta =(vecP*vecQ)/(|vecQ|)=(P_xQ_x+P_yQ_y+P_zQ_z)/(sqrt(Q_x^2+Q_y^2+Q_z^2))`
[where `theta` is the angle between `vecP and vecQ]`
`=((2*1)+[(-3)*2]+(6.2))/(sqrt(1^2+2^2+2^2))=(2-6+12)/(sqrt(9))=8/3`
