Nitrogen monoxide (NO), Nitrogen dioxide `(NO_(2))`, Dinitrogen trioxide `(N_(2)O_(3)`, Dinitrogen tetroxide `(N_(2)O_(4))`, Dinitrogen pentoxide `(N_(2)O_(5))`
The source of oxide of nitrogen are combustion of fossil fuel, especially, petrleum. They are also formed by reaction of `N_(2)` and `O_(2)` in presence of lightening.
