`(a)` Let event `A to` dealer will sell at least `20TV` sets
and events `B to` dealer will sell less than `24TV` sets.
Now the event that dealer sells `20,21,22` or `23 TV` sets is `AnnB`
`:. P(AnnB)=P(A)+P(B)-P(AuuB)=0.45+0.74=0.19`
