In an election there are three contestants A, B and C. A secured `30%` of the votes and B secured `60%` of the remaining votes. If C secured 14000 votes, then by how many votes did the winner win the election ?

(c ) `(3x)/(100)+60/100(x-(30x)/(100))+1400=x.`
