Types of Eclipse: There are two types of eclipse. They are
(a) Solar eclipse (b) Lunar eclipse
(a) Solar eclipse : When the shadow of moon falls on the earth, we cannot see the sun.is called solar eclipse . Solar eclipse occurs only on new moon days. Solar eclipse does not occur on every new moon day. Lunar eclipse always occurs on a full moon light but does not occur on every full moon day.
