In a series LCR circuit, `V_(L) = V_(C ) != V_(R )`. What is the value of power factor ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Voltage across inductor and capacitor is the same : hance circuit is in a state of resonance.
Impedance Z = R . Power factor = cos `delta = (R)/(Z) = 1` .
