Draw and discuss the graph of `f(x) = x+sqrt(x-1)`

We have `f(x)=x+sqrt(x-1)`
Clearly, domain of the function is `[1, infty]`
Also increasing the value of x, the values of `f(x)` increases up to infinity.
Hence, the function is increasing.
`f(1)=1`
Also, `f^(')(x) = 1+1/(2sqrt(x-1))` and `f^('')(x)=-1/(4(x-1)^(-3//2)) lt 0`, hence, the graph is concave downward throughout.
Hence, the graph of the function is as shown in the following figure.
