1. Reduction in the intake of calories . Low saturated fat , cholesterol rich food, low carbohyddrates and common salt.
2 . Increase in the intake of fibre diet, fruits and vegetable , protein, minerals and vitamins.
3. Regular exerise, walking and yoga are essential for body weight mainateance.
4. Avoid alcohold consumption , Psyhchotrophic drugs and smoking .
