(a) The lack of Nucleus in RBC makes the cells, biconcave and disc shaped. RBC involved in the transport of Oxygen from lungs to tissues.
(b) They do not have cell organelles in order to accommodate maximum space for haemoglobin.
(c) The loss of endoplasmic reticulum allows more flexibility, for RBC to move through narrow capillaries.
