There is only one possible sequence of amino acids when deduced from a given nucleotides. But multiple nucleotides sequence can be deduced from a single amino acid sequence. Explain this phenomena.

This is due to degeneracy of codons. Here, some amino acids he coded by more than one codon. Thus, on deducing a nucleotide sequence from an amino acid sequence, many sequences of nucleotides are formed. This can be represented by following example: Dipeptide Met-Ile can be obtained by:
(i) AUG - AUU (ii) AUG - AUC
(iii) AUG - AUA
