Explanation

Renal corpuscle, also called Malpighian body, is formed of Bowman.s capsule and glomerulus. Bowman.s capsule is a double walled cup lined by squamous epithelium. Its inner layer is called Visceral layer and is formed of special epithelial cells called podocytes or feet cells having feet-like pedicles. It also numerous slit pores for ultrafiltration.
Glomerulus is a group of capillaries present in the cavity of Bowman.s capsule. These capillaries also have numerous pores called fenestrae. Visceral layer of Bowman.s capsule, Glomerular capillary endothelium and basement membrane collectively form a filtering membrane and acts as an ultrafilter.
