Let ABF be the right-angled triangle as shown in the following figure :

Side AB is at a distance `f//2` from the concave mirror.
`(1)/(v)+(1)/(u)=(1)/(f)`
`rArr" "(1)/(v)+(1)/(-f//2)=(1)/(-f)`
`rArr" "(1)/(v)=(2)/(f)-(1)/(f)=(1)/(f)rArr v=f`
It is virtual image of double size behind the mirror as shown by A.B. in the following diagram:

Point F is kept at focus, hence its image is formed at infinity. Hence option (d) is correct.
