Do eukaryotic cells have restriction endonucleases ? Justify your answer.

Restriction endonucleases are present in bacteria. They protect bacteria from viral attack by disintegrating viral DNA without harming bacterial genome which bear methylation of sensitive places. Thus eukaryotic cells do not bear restriction endonucleases.
