A patient is suffering from ADA deficiency. Can he b e cured? How?

Verified by Experts

ADA gene from leucocyte of normal preson was introduced into retrovirus. It was then inserted into lymphocyte stem cells of patient alongwith helper virus. Cells of lymphocytes produced were with normal ADA genes.
