Is there a relationship between the size of an organism and its life span ? Give teo examples support of your answer.

Usually, organisms having larger size are with more life span. For formation of additional tissues for bigger organisms, more time is required. For example large sized trees like Peepal, Neem etc. are perennials as compared to annuals like mustard and pea plants.
