How does the floral pattern on Mediterranean orchid Ophrys guarantee cross pollination ?

In orchid Ophrys, the shape and colour of petals is like female wasp. Male wasp mistakes the flowers of Ophrys for female wasp and tries to copulate thus pollinating the flowers.
