(i) GnRH of hypothalamus stimulate adenohypophysis to secrete gonadotrophins.
(ii) FSH of adenohypophysis stimulates sertoli cells to secrete certain factors which help in spermatogenesis.
(iii) ICSH/LH of adenohypophysis stimulate interstitial cells to secrete testosterone which stimulates spermatogenesis. It also controls the development of secondary sexual characters in male.
