`CH_3O^(-)` is a strong base and strong nucleophile, so favourable condition is `S_N2//E2`. The given alkyl halide is `2^@` and `beta` carbons are `4^@` and `2^@`, so sufficiently hindered, thus E2 dominates Over `S_N2`.
