`2x+y-3=0`

Given line is y=`(1)/(2)x+(5)/(2)."Its slope is "(1)/(2)`
`mxx(1)/(2)=-1 Rightarrow m=-2`
Let y=-2x+c be the straight line.
Sicne, it passes through (0,3), we have `3=(-2)xx0+c Rightarrow c=3`
`therefore m=-2 and c=3`.
