At `300 K`, `36 g` of glucose present per litre in its solution has an osmotic pressure of `4.98 bar`. If the osmotic pressure of the solution is `1.52 bar` at the same temperature, what would be its concentration?

Accroding to Van.t Hoff equation ,
` pi = cRT`
`c_(1) = (36)/(180) M , pi_(1) = 4.98 ` bar
and `" "c_(2) = ? " " pi_(2) = 1.52` bar
`therefore " " 4.98"bar" = (36)/(180)RT" "……..(i)`
`1.52 "bar" = c_(2)RT" ".......(ii)`
Dividing eqn. (ii) by eqn . (i) ,
` (c_(2))/(36) xx 180 = (1.52)/(4.98) `
`therefore " " c_(2) = (1.52)/(4.98) xx (36)/(180) = 0.061 M`
`therefore ` Conectration of second solution = 0.061 M
