In case of (i) the intromolecular `H`- bonding decreases the bond angle `(lt60^(@))`, hence `mu` is increased. In case of (II), dipole repulsion of two `Cl` atoms in orho-positon increases the bond angle `= 60^(@)`. Hence the order of `mu` is `(I) gt (II) gt (III)`
