A vessel filled with water is placed exactly in middle of a thin wall as shown in figure . Will the system topple if a small wooden boat carrying some weight is floated in the vessel ?

The system will not topple since according to Pascal.s law the pressure on the bottom of the vessel with be same every where . Thus , the body will still remain in rotational equilibrium .
