Difference between ideal solutions and non-ideal solutions :
(1) An ideal solution obeys Raoult.s law over the whole concentration range. A non-ideal solution does not obey Raoult.s law over the whole concentration range.
(2) The intermolecular forces between A - A and B - B are nearly the same as between A - B in ideal solutions. Intermolecular forces between A - A and B - B are not equal to the forces between A - B in non-ideal solution.
