(i) Sucrolose is used in the preparation of sweets for a diabetic patient because it is stable at the cooking temperature.
(ii) Antidepresssant drugs are used to treat depression. These drugs inhibit the enzymes which catalyse the degradation of noradrenaline. For example, iproniazid, phenelzine.
