Charcoal containing `Ar, Kr & Xe` is brought in contact with another charcoal maintained at `93 K or -180^(@)C`. Ar diffuses in to new charcoal.
Sample containing Kr & Xe is heated to `183K or -90^(@)C, Kr` separates.
Charcoal containing Xe is furthers heated to `273 or 1 0^(@)C Xe` separates.
