If ` BO = OD`, prove that
`ar(triangleABC)=ar(triangleADC)`.

CO is a median of `triangleBCD rArr ar(triangleCOD)=ar(triangleCOB)`.
AO is a median of `triangleABD rArr ar(triangleAOD)=ar(triangleAOB)`.
`therefore ar(triangleCOD)+ar(triangleAOD)=ar(triangleCOB)+ar(triangleAOB)`.
