Why are aquatic species more confortable in cold water in comparison to warm water ?

It is note worthy that the values of Henry.s law constant `(K_(H))` increase with decrease of temeprature. It is due to this reason that at a given pressure the solubility of oxygen in water increases with decrease in temperature. Therefore, presence of more oxygen at lower temperature makes the aquatic species more confortable in cold water in comparison to warm water.
