Harry purchased a medicine from a renowned medical store Anand Medicos' for his daughter who was suffering from viral infection. After giving the medicine, the condition worsened and she was hospitalised. The doctor informed him that the medicine given to her was spurious. On complaining to Anand Medicos', they decided to file a case against the manufacturer. Can Anand Medicos' do so? Why or why not?
