Write the truth table for circuit given in figure below consisting of NOR gates and identify the logic operation (OR, AND, NOT) which this circuit is performing.

Here the first gate is NOR gate and the second one is also NOR gate but both of its inputs are connected.
The table of this circuit can be obtained as below.

From the truth tble it can be said that given circuit act as OR gate.
From Boolean equation,
`Y.=bar(A+B)=barA*barB`
and `Y=barY. =bar(barA*barB)=barbarA+barbarB=A+B`
