While identifying the circuit, the following conditions must be satisfied.
(a) An ammeter is always connected in series.
(b) The voltmeter should be connected in parallel
(c0 The positive terminals of V and A should be joined to positive terminal of the cell and their negative terminals should be joined to the negative terminal of the cell.
Thus, the above conditions are in case (ii).
