Are humming birds and fish regulators or conformers ? Give reasons in support of your answer.

Humming birds are conformers because small animals have a larger surface area ralative to their volume, they tend to body heat very fast when it is cold outside, then they have to expend much energy to generate body heat through metabolism.
Whereas, fish (mammals) is regulator because they can maintain a constant body temperature.
