we maintain a constant body temperature of `37^(@)C` in summer when the outside temperature is more than our body temperature we sweet to bring down the body temperature in winters when the outside temperature is lower than body temperature of `37^(@)`C we shiver to produce heat and raise the body temperature this is done to regulate the body temperature .
