If `(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=c^2`, for some `c > 0`, prove that `([1+((dy)/(dx))^2]^(3/2))/((d^2y)/(dx^2))`is a constant independent of a and b.

Differentiating w.r.t. x, we get
`2(x-a)+2(y-b)y'=0`
`"or "(x-a)+(y-b)y'=0`

Differentiating (1), w.r.t. x again, we get
`1+(y')^(2)+(y-b)y''=0`

`=-(y-b)[1+(y')^(2)]^(1/2)`

`=-[(y-b)^(2)+(x-a)^(2)]^(1/2)`
`=-c`
