`(ab + xy)/(2) gt sqrt(abxy)`
`implies ax + xy gt 2 sqrt(abxy)`
similarly, ax + by `gt 2 sqrt(abxy)`
Multiplying (1) and (2) we get
`(ab + xy) (ax + by) gt 4abxy`
