Stroma based phosphorylation is such a metabolic process that forms either ATP or GTP. Which either attaches with ADP or GDP with phosphate and are formed.

Matric based phosphorylation
In Glycolysis matrics based phosphorylation takes place in two steps.
(a) 2 molecules of 1, 3 biphosphoglyceric acid combine with 2 molecules of ADP then,
1, 3 biphosphoglyceric acid + 2ADP
`underset(Mg^(+2)) overset("Phospho transferase ") to ` 2 phosphoglyceric acid + 2ATP
(b) 2 molecules of phosphoenol pyruvic acid combine with 2 molecules of ADP then,
2 molecules of pyruvic acid and 2 molecules of ATP are formed
2 phosphoenol pyruvic acid + 2ADP
`underset(Mg^(+2))to overset ("Pyruvate kinase ") to ` 2 pyruvic acid + 2ATP
